BUAH MEDITASI by Edwin Tan

HEALING MODALITIES

I believe that no single modalities can help you fully release negative patterns or certain traumas. It requires the combination of modalities of holistic and scientific approach.

Through my personal experience and decades of learning, I created the combination of trauma healing and self-healing tools so we can all be free from negative patterns. Through this combination, we can go deeper healing into intergenerational trauma and to not pass on to our future generation.

QIGONG

Qigong is a holistic practice from ancient China that involves coordinated movements, breathing techniques, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, known as “qi” (or “chi”).

The practice aims to improve physical health, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. Qigong can include gentle exercises, stretches, and slow movements, often accompanied by deep breathing and mindful focus. It is used for relaxation, stress reduction, enhancing vitality, and promoting healing. In qigong, we learn to strengthen our intentions so we can have more internal power for manifesting our balanced life.

Buah Meditasi qigong approach is practical, enjoyable, easy-to-follow and is for anyone at any level of experience.

BREATHWORK FOR TRAUMA RELEASE & MANIFESTATION

Breathwork for trauma release and manifestation is a direct application of conscious, connected breathing combined with healing hand qigong . This breathwork technique is reformulated by Edwin through his decades of personal and sharing experiences on how to effectively release trauma stored on the specific body.

In this process, you will lie on your back and sustain a full and flowing breath. Transformational breathing is an active form of meditation whereby the breath is manipulated mechanically at a rapid rate. When you are fully present and connect to the body, Edwin will support your release through healing hand Qigong.

BRAINSPOTTING

Brainspotting is a new form of therapy that aims to help clients process through difficult emotions or unprocessed traumatic experiences. In brainspotting, different eye positions are used to help identify “brainspots” linked to certain experiences, emotions, or sources of distress.

Brainspotting therapy involves one to three sessions of using eye position, mind-body awareness, energy attunement and mindfulness exercises to help clients overcome issues like anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, depression or certain traumatic experiences.
